The (new) Randolph County Training School Building opened in 1947. It replaced the original RCTS building that was destroyed by fire in 1943. Classes were held in Black churches during the intervening years. The new building burned to the ground in the late 1990s. The site is now occupied by a modern factory building built by the Terry Manufacturing Company (TMC). The school's gynasium and elementary school annex building still stand. They were converted for use as part of the TMC factory.
